Recent Events

The following events we’ve had over the last year

Men’s Volleyball

Tamarac’s oldest event. This two-day tournament is held in late summer for TLA Members and their guests. Teams are chosen through a draft and TLA teenagers may enter as a team. Winners are awarded mugs.

Men’s Basketball

Two day tournament held in the beginning of the summer. Teams of four each play half court. Teams are chosen through a draft and TLA teenagers may enter as a team. Trophies for winners and runners-up.

Ladder Golf

A fun event held in the summer for those who have really good aim, or not.

Horseshoes

Enjoy an afternoon of pitching horseshoes at the Beach. Trophies are awarded to the winners.

Past Events

The following events we’ve had in the past that can be restarted with volunteer support from the community.

Golf Tournament

One-day tournaments for TLA members and guests in the Spring and Fall. Both are scramble events designed for all levels of golf.

Coed Volleyball

One-day tournament of held in the summer. Fun and competitive. Trophies awarded to first and second place winners.

Tennis

Continuous events held at the court at the Gazebo. For TLA members only.

Men’s Wiffleball

Three-day tournament in late summer. Friday nights under the lights. Slow pitch.

Women’s Softball

Held Saturday after the last Men’s game. A charity event for fun.

Women’s Volleyball

One day tournament held in early fall. Teams chosen through a draft.
