Updates from the Lakes & Dams Committee
LAKE LOWERING
Tamarac’s main lake will be lowered for the fall and winter for work on the dam including replacement of boards in the sluice boxes and for anticipated work on the spillway, which is required by NJDEP Dam Safety. Lake front owners may feel free to clean debris (leaves and leaf muck) from in front of their properties. We welcome volunteers and residents to also walk the margins of the lake to clean up any trash along the edges.
