Secretary’s Report—Approval of Minutes—March 13, 2023—Approved 7-0
Treasurer’s Report
$323,737.03 in all accounts
91% of households paid in 2023
Late notices have been exhausted beyond the grace period, therefore any remaining dues are delinquent and must pay the late fee.
Lakes & Dams Report
TLA continues to be engaged with the NJDEP and engineering firms regarding maintenance and repairs to our dam structures and waterways. We anticipate sig- nificant structural work will be required in the next 2-5 years. Our current dues rate will likely increase to accommodate these costs.
Property Committee Report
TLA is investigating an ongoing ‘dirt biking’ issue behind Fairview Road on TLA land. All members should be aware of their property lines and ensure no misuse of TLA green spaces.
TLA is pursuing options for the overhaul and long-term success of our Tennis and Basketball amenities.
Clean Up Day—April 23, 2023—Notices to go out digitally. Please volunteer, however you can, to improve our facilities. Thanks!
Beach Committee Report
TLA Beach Committee is still looking for qualified lifeguards. Please contact them with interest.
TLA has partnered with the USDA, starting March 20, to monitor and correct for geese activity around our lakes and land. Geese post a constant threat to the health and safety of waterways. Please report activity and nests as accurate as possible for it to be addressed in a timely matter.
