TLA Board Report

Balances current as of 3/11/2024, Total: $355,191.16, Operating Account: $150,990.35, Lifeguard: $4,776.48, Money Market: $199,424.33
Water Committee has been busy with discussions about the spillway project and the engineer plans- tabled for April meeting.
Potential for an interest free loan through the DEP
Encouraging members of the TLA to report any hazards to the board email, so they can be rectified- all current reports to be taken care of by 3/28.
Several lifeguards have been hired, more modifications to the areas at the lake including cameras, lights and phones.
The lifeguard stand was moved, if anyone has any information, please feel free to contact the board.
New tables and chairs ordered for TLA events.
The community encourages everyone to get along in all common areas of the community and does not tolerate any type of Intimidation.
Next board meeting 4/8/24- weather permitting, stay tuned for location and/or zoom link.
