TLA Board Report
Balances current as of 2/12/2024, Operating Account: $140,919.49, Lifeguard: $4,776.48, Money Market: $198,794.27
A neighborhood overview is ongoing for non-deed restricted homes and collections.
Township has been engaged with all storm drains and Kevin has been a paramount leader in ensuring all lakes and spillways are operating
Property committee has been working on all HOA areas and assessing all trees and grounds
The Beach committee has been working on hiring lifeguards and catering the schedule to meet the needs of the neighborhood
We had some vandalism in our HOA spaces, specifically our sheds that the board will be addressing and creating plans.
If you are aware of any new neighbors, please have them email membership@tamaraclakes.org so we can get them added in!

Proposed 2024 Social Committee Event Dates:
Beach Opening Party - May 25, 2024 (Rain date: TBD)
Beach Closing - September 14, 2024 (Rain date: September 21, 2024)
Stay tuned for spring clean up dates, looking to address the picnic tables at the lake, and other beautification projects.
Next board meeting March 11th, stay tuned for location.
