Treasurers Balance report, Balances current as of 6/8/2026, Total: $654,225.73, Operating Account:$192,278.76, Lifeguard:$13,967.40, Money Market:$447,979.57, Outstanding dues- $39,848 for 32 total accounts
Geese issues with new births- USDA is researching how they missed so many nests during their initial inspection
Put fish structures in the lake, along with stocking the lakes
Issue with bamboo and encroaching TLA shared space and neighbors. They are requesting the neighbor to remove all the bamboo. - The board will be sending a letter to the homeowner.
Looking to do another round of tree work that has been reported.

Parents need to be aware of when lifeguards are leaving. They will blow the whistle and say lifeguards off duty.

Huge thank you to Trina Norris for planning and executing a great beach opening despite a challenging weekend of weather! Thank you to all of the grillers, especially Brady, who manned the grill for much of the evening!
