TLA Board Report


  • Treasurers Balance report, Balances current as of 5/13/2024, Total: $361,489, Operating Account: $131,129, Lifeguard:  $29,604, Money Market: $200,756  

  • $2000 Deposit made for spillway engineering to start the process for the dam plans.  

  • 90% of all trees reported have been removed and the remainder will be removed over the next couple of weeks.  

  • The Bridge by the basketball court is almost completed and looks great.  

  • The gate at the field on Heath Rd is being installed.  

  • The playground at Bracken and Tallowood is having a mulch refresh, and new swings installed.  

  • 6 lifeguards have been hired! We are looking for two more reliable lifeguards and a head lifeguard if anyone is interested or knows anyone.  

  • Electric to all sheds is being competed- Thanks to Matt Palazzi.  

  • Permanent phone being installed in shed to satisfy all compliance requirements.  

  • Reminder that our beach, trails, and common areas are smoke free (including Vape), and no profanity and foul play should be happening.  

  • Stay tuned for the Luau signups.  

  • Movie night coming soon with our state-of-the-art speakers, projector, screen and of course popcorn!

  • All clubs, and athletics are reminded to clean up after your events the same night as if they have not happened.  

  • Congratulations to Mark Williams on winning the Kayak- a special reminder for all neighbors to ensure everything is registered with TLA-Boats.  

  • Next board meeting is 6/10/24, 7PM at the Lake Pavilion
