TLA Board Report
Treasurers Balance report, Balances current as of 2/10/25, Total:$483,244.48, Operating Account: $266,345.39, Lifeguard: $10,433.68, Money Market: $206,465.41
Engineering was given the go ahead and they are getting plans together, The Engineer will be responsible for bid specs and plans, The Engineer will solicit as many bids as possible and will award the bid to the lowest qualified bidder, The Engineer will pay all fees to the State, Township, and County and will bill the TLA, The engineer submitted it to DEP by the end of the week
All trees reported have been investigated and will be handled accordingly
Goose nest removal contracts have been signed for 2025
We need to ensure the information in the tidbits is correct regarding who runs the beach and lifeguard committees. Brooke Oborne is Beach and Angela McCann is the Lifeguard, Will start hiring lifeguards in March/April. We are hopeful to have lifeguards return from last summer, We need to confirm that we will be keeping the same lifeguard schedule as last year. 1-6 pm M-Th, 1-7 pm F-Sun, Charge a fee to use the pavilion, what is the cost
Need an improved way to determine when new residents move in, Follow up on the title agency sending in paperwork for all new residents

Gavin is researching options for automatic outreach for new homeowners from Buildium when they create an account
Residents spoke about bringing a new athletic event at no cost to Tamarac, questions regarding the upcoming dam project, and another resident spoke on how they can provide some fundraising opportunities to the neighborhood.
The next board meeting, March 3, 2025, will be held virtually, and a meeting link will be sent prior to the meeting.
