TLA Board Report
Treasurers Balance report, Balances current as of 4/2/2026, Total: $670,894.34, Operating Account: $210,485.69, Lifeguard: $14,131.20, Money Market: $446,277.45
Taxes for 2025 have been submitted
Fish Stocking around the end of April/ Start of May
1. Purchased 150 plants around the marshes by the lakes
2. This is to improve the habitat for the long-term growth of the fish
3. An anonymous neighbor has donated money to pay for the stocking of the fish
4. Purchased artificial habitats for the fish
5. The majority in the main lakes will receive some as well
Lakes have been lowered for weed issues, and the main lake has been lowered for the dam issue
Homeowners have an obligation on lakefront homes to keep Fragmites in control
Spring clean up coming soon
Porta-potties, an increase in price
Tags to arrive soon
No E-Bikes on the trails and lakes
Security Cameras on the lake, and after checking with the HOA attorney, TLA is allowed ot have cameras on the lake. Will put board member policies/guidelines in place for the footage
The current Luau committee will be doing this for the last year, looking for a new volunteer for next year.
