TLA Board Report
Treasurers Balance report, Balances current as of 10/13/2025, Total: $505,802.50, Operating Account: $280,430.28 Lifeguard: $14,572.43, Money Market: $210,799.79, $29,253 outstanding dues
We received a response from the NJDEP indicating that our application is still under review. We are hopeful for approval by the end of the year. The Pinelands Commission has requested a resubmission; however, we are waiting for NJDEP approval before proceeding with the resubmission to the Commission.
As soon as approvals are received, the project will go out to bid- hopefully earlier next year, and construction to begin around the springtime frame,
Lakes will be lowered so homeowners can clean around, and we would encourage residents to pick up any trash they see.
Chad Blay is taking over as the committee chair
Determine how many trail cams we are going to get, purchase, and install.- 3 trail cameras- getting installed,
Graffiti on tables- thanks to Brian Domboski for sanding it down and getting rid of it
Stone blocks are being destroyed and thrown into the lake,
All paddleboards and canoes should be removed so they are not vandalized,
Tables are getting Moldy, we need volunteers to sand and seal them
