Treasurers Balance report, Balances current as of 9/8/2025, Total: $523,950.83, Operating Account: 296,942.59, Lifeguard: 16,721.78, Money Market: 210,286.46
Roughly 30K in outstanding dues

Look to add tennis courts into survey with Dam
We are looking for a new committee lead for Property
Looking to find funds to resurface tennis court and basketball courts- could look to subs dize with new member buy-in fees
Trail Cameras- we will install 3 trail cameras with a subscription for live viewing
The board will begin the process to press charges against the trespassers
Looking into no trespassing signs with fines associated with them
New Homeowner Buy-in and bylaw update
Board to engage a new HOA attorney to update bylaws and ensure the neighborhood is compliant
Beach opening coming up on September 27
Turkey bowl coming soon- look forward to more information and dates!
Our two new directors of the board will be Tim Norris with 46 votes and Ashley Filipone with 45 votes.
